We are a small locally owned café that opened March 10, 2020. Melanie Eveland, the owner is from Barbados and moved to Melbourne on 2017. In Barbados she owned an operated a surfer Bed and Breakfast from 1996-2004 and then started a new business Barbados Surf Trips from 2005-2020. After relocating she was looking for a new opportunity and had an idea for a Poke Bowl restaurant. There was a small breakfast café for sale, she went to take a look and everything fell into place.  Mel's Tiki Café was born. Breakfast and Poke Bowls!! Come visit us soon!!
